Not at all. We're not looking for follower counts. We're looking for genuine city knowledge, real chemistry between the two of you, and the drive to build something. A small, engaged local presence is far more valuable to us than 100K followers from everywhere.
Roughly 12–15 hours per week across the two of you. It's structured to work around your existing life — not replace it. Think of it as intentional participation in your city's social scene, documented and amplified.
Yes, there is a monthly stipend. The amount is tied to your market and discussed during the selection conversation. It's designed to cover your in-city activity costs and compensate your time — with performance bonuses as the community grows.
Web3 curiosity is a plus because parts of our roadmap include it — but it's completely optional. What matters most is your ability to connect with real people in real spaces and translate that into digital community.

Primarily in-person in your city — that's the whole point. You're our eyes, ears, and presence on the ground. Team calls and coordination with Connect Ville happen remotely. No need to travel to HQ.
Depending on how the platform grows in your city, strong Founding Ambassadors move naturally into Extended Ambassador or Market Lead roles — with increasing responsibility and compensation to match.
